We are able to produce to order an enormous range of custom designed fabrications and mouldings. We use all the standard thermoplastics; acrylic, polycarbonate, PETG, PVC, high impact polystyrene in our materials. We take the clients' designs or plans and devise ways of making the item(s). We advise on necessary design changes and will work with the designers/architects to achieve the final result. Our highly experienced team have expertise with difficult and challenging plastic fabrication projects with tight deadlines. Gush Creative are able to manufacture high quantity and cost-effective moulded shapes, using our computer controlled vacuum forming machines. We use all the thermoplastics available to produce components to our clients' exacting standards. Gush Creative can make one off samples, or set up for long production runs. The process of heating a flat sheet and vacuuming over a 3D shape allows us to create an almost endless variety of moulded shapes.
